Climbing Up The Hill

The rain fell in a slight mist today in Ottawa as I passed the sights on Wellington. When I walked by the West Block the Hill was staring back at me. The building is as large as it appears to be when it is the back-drop to many national newscasts. The thought that the entire suite of building was constructed by hand, lift and pully is breath-taking. The damp buildings were a sight to be seen. And that was just the outside.
